Messages from the Borough Council for the Easter Weekend….
With many more people now working from home, we are keen to encourage everyone to be respectful of their neighbours, for example, by keeping noise levels down or not having bonfires which may be disruptive. We would ask too that people look out for neighbours – safely – who may not have anyone checking on them.
Finally….Dog Mess Bins The Borough Council apologises but the regularity of collections of dog poo bins has reduced due to pressure on their services in these unprecedented times. Please would people bag their dog’s poo as normal and place it in their black bin at home.
Are you a business that is able to provide deliveries of groceries, sanitary products, cleaning products, or baby products (nappies and formula), for people who are isolated and unable to leave the house, but able to pay? Please get in touch with the Borough Council. They will help promote you on the askLily website. Please email communications@west-norfolk.gov.uk with your name, what you can provide, and how people can contact you.

The Gayton PC website has been given a make-over. All the information has been carried over from the old website and an important new feature has been introduced
The Parish Council will now post news items on the website to let you know when additional PC meetings are being held, along with other useful information such as village events.
You can receive Parish Council news directly to your email as soon as it is posted. You won’t be bombarded with emails – we will only be posting once or twice a month.
