Broadband Connection

Cllr Dewing brought up at a meeting that broadband connection is being lost when it rains/bad weather. After speaking with an Open Reach Engineer it is down to the connections and basically being like a plaster when wet it falls off. I reported to Open that the cabling needs to be replaced. They have investigated and said that providers are not being contacted so it is not a problem. Please can I urge that if your connection is lost that you report to your internet provider so that it is logged so that we have a record building up to put pressure on them to replace the out of date cabling.
