The Gayton Annual Parish Meeting for all residents of Gayton and Gayton Thorpe will be held on Wednesday 1st May 2024 at Jubilee Hall, Gayton.
Doors will open at 6.30pm for refreshments with an opportunity to chat with your local Parish Councillors and representatives from local groups.
The main meeting will start at 7pm when there will be a presentation on ‘BEAT YOUR BILLS’ given by an officer from Kings Lynn Borough Council.
This is your meeting and an opportunity to come along, chat and help make a difference!
If you are involved in a village group and can provide a report to be read out (or better still please come and read it at the meeting), please let the Parish Clerk have the information by 26th April.
